Product Details

The Mild Steel Scanner Laser Welding Machine has a design for high precision welding, with scanning technology. With a laser power range of 200W - 400W and a controlled current of 30A, the machine produces good welds. Its adjustable beam range of 0.2 - 2.0 mm and a pulse frequency up to 100 Hz provide flexibility for varied uses. The machine has a micro computer control system - it gives accurate welding with a red light for positioning. About its performance, the machine provides reliable results with a pulse width of 0.3 - 25 ms plus positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm. Because it has water cooling and rated power of 6 - 12 kW, it is good for industrial mild steel welding under the DLT brand.
